CDN Oilfield Technologies and Solutions, S. de R.L. de C.V. - Mexico

COTS Mexico was created as a 100 percent wholly owned subsidiary of Canadian Oilfield Solutions Corp. in October 2010 to introduce new technologies, products and services in Mexico. The focus of the Mexican company has been dedicated towards implementing these new technologies to replace current technologies to improve performance and efficiencies, as well provide financial aid and project management services to well established third party companies under contract to Pemex. COTS has implemented the following to date.

1. COTS has been appointed the exclusive Agent by Industria de Tuberias Flexibles S. de R.L. de C.V. (“ITF”), the authorized distributor representing the manufacturer Flexsteel™ in Mexico, creating awareness, marketing, sales and successful implementation of flexible pipe products as a viable alternative to steel in Mexico. This working arrangement has proved to be very lucrative and has resulted in a “one stop shop” with multiple product offerings.
2. COTS has entered into a third party joint venture relationship with an established Mexican construction company who is under contract to Schlumberger to provide pre-construction services to Pemex. COTS has provided financial and project management services in return for profit sharing revenue. COTS has successfully completed several projects which have resulted in additional revenue streams and diversification for the Corporation.

Summary

Flexible Pipe: COTS has proven to be successful implementing new flexible pipe technologies in Mexico, assisting with the specification and approval process, and finally implementing these technologies into every day applications. The company has formed a strategic relationship with the state owned oil and gas producer, Pemex and is actively distributing flexible pipe products throughout Mexico.

Construction: COTS has been providing financial and project management services for several construction projects under a direct assignment arrangement with Schlumberger. This arrangement has proven to be very successful with the completion of several projects. The company looks forward to the continued success implementing additional technologies, products and services which will improve performance and efficiencies to generate additional revenue streams for the Corporation.
